They send out well qualified caregivers. Each caregiver that comes out has helped me get up and they are always in a good mood. My mom does not like to do physical therapy, and the caregivers do not encourage her when she complains. They just stop, and I understand that, but they just need to push her through it.

Reviews of SYNERGY HomeCare of Austin, TX
SYNERGY HomeCare is doing a great job with my mother. The services make my life easier because I don't have to be at my mother's as much as I used to. The services helps to take away the worry of my grandmother being alone. I like that the majority of the caregivers with this company are good. The agency provided a caregiver who was very friendly and had a good rapport with my dad and the family.

I like that they are very person oriented. The caregiver helped the most by just being a caring person. I liked that the people were really friendly. The caregivers have been able to be on time. I would like them to improve their ability to send people out when they are supposed to.

Life At Home
I've had this agency several times, and I haven't ever been happy with the people they send. This agency sent me caregivers that were unprofessional and disrespectful to me. This agency is only good for emergencies. Mental health is as important as physical wellness. It affects a person’s emotional, psychological and social well-being.

SYNERGY HomeCare is a good company because most of the employees have been prompt and know what they are doing. SYNERGY HomeCare has helped the client, and I've been doing that myself, so I used to be tired all the time. The caregivers have been late every time I needed them. The caregivers help me to get to my appointments. The people they send over work hard and are very nice to me.
They come by on time and they do a good job. There was one caregiver who was good, but the rest were not. They provide him care when I am not here. I would say that much of the time it was more trouble than it was worth.

There has been some communication issues and problems with whether or not my mother was scheduled for a visit. SYNERGY HomeCare transported my mother but hasn't done anything other than that. SYNERGY HomeCare has reliable people, and they are very helpful.
I knew that my loved one was in good hands. The agency is helpful by allowing me to not have people come over and they selected the care services for me. I would like to see the communication improved, both internal and external. True to its name, Synergy Home Care offers a full range of home care services and also focuses on coordinating directly with families.

SYNERGY HomeCare has been very helpful. I am able to take a break from my dad when he goes to his doctor's appointments. SYNERGY HomeCare is great because they are patient, understanding, and good with scheduling. My mother is hard to take care of, but we found a good caregiver. I have a different nurse everyday, but they do seem to be capable. They need to have the ladies better trained and to give the right info when they suggest someone.
